Privacy policy
Last updated October 26, 2026. In short: we collect only what you send us, use it only to help you, and never sell it.
What we collect
When you request an audit through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade, current website, the services you're interested in and any message. If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever you send.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare your audit and, if you become a client, provide our services. We don't sell, rent or trade it, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, and Supabase stores contact-form submissions so we can reply.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which can see your IP address.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits so we can see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites.
If you become a client, we'll tell you which other services (for example, ad platforms or review tools) we'll use on your behalf.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits, pages viewed and general details such as country and device type without identifying individual visitors. We don't use advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for up to two years so we can follow up, and client records for as long as we need them for our work and tax records. Ask at any time and we'll delete anything we aren't required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email wfaservices@yahoo.ca or call (289) 879-0215, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
